Job Summary
The Supervisor – Logistics, Sales & Marketing is responsible for coordinating catering operations, managing logistics activities, supporting sales growth, and implementing marketing initiatives. The role ensures efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business targets within hospitality and catering operations.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Operations
- Coordinate transportation, delivery, and distribution of catering supplies, equipment, and food products.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
- Supervise staff involved in logistics and catering operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Resolve operational issues to maintain smooth service delivery.
Sales
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service contracts.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Marketing
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Manage social media and online marketing activities.
- Coordinate participation in events, exhibitions, and hospitality promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Support branding and customer engagement initiatives.
Supervision & Team Management
- Train, guide, and evaluate team members.
- Prepare staff schedules and assign duties.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when necessary.
- Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, catering, sales, marketing, or logistics.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
